2. What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. 3. How do I start a return?
To start a return, please contact us at customer_support@cloculture.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. What should I do if I receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
