Shipping Policies

We offer standard shipping within the USA. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination but generally take 3-7 business days.
- Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email to track the status and location of your package.
- Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Return Policies
- Return Eligibility:
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods, cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable
- Return Process:

- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item. To get the perfectly fitted product for yourself, We strongly suggest to look our measurement charts before purchasing any products.
- Refund/Exchange Process:
Refunds will be issued once the returned items are received and inspected. Exchanges will be processed promptly after the returned items are received.
- Items Not Eligible for Return:
Personalized or customized items, as well as items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Lost or Stolen packages:
Cloculture is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please file a claim directly with the postal/courier service.
- Incorrect address:
Cloculture is not responsible for packages that have incorrect or insufficient addresses, phone numbers or email addresses provided during check out.
